Process:

Once Explore Financing Options product is purchased on hub4machines.com, we will send an email with:

A-  List of documents which has to be submitted back to us for checking eligibility. 

B-  Also, while replying to this email, list of Products to be bought on www.hub4machines.com has to be submitted.

Once complete data is received, we will forward details to processing team, which normally takes 2 working days to work out eligibility. Within this time, our authorised representative would contact & communicate further.

If eligibility is established, further transaction takes place between the Financing Bank / Organisation & the applicant. Our role will remain limiting to forwarding data & upon approval receiving funds, so as to process the order.

Financing Terms & Conditions:

1. Financing for hub4machines.com Purchases Only:

Financing options provided through hub4machines.com are exclusively applicable to products listed for sale on hub4machines.com. These options are not valid for any purchases outside of the platform.

2. No Role in Loan Approval:

hub4machines.com acts solely as a facilitator, assisting buyers by forwarding their documents to various financial institutions for evaluation. The portal has no role, influence, or discretion in approving or rejecting any financing application. All decisions are made independently by the respective financial institutions.

3. Not a Registered Financial Provider:

hub4machines.com is not a registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), bank, or financial services provider. The financing assistance is offered through our associated and tied-up sources, which include select NBFCs, co-operative banks, and nationalised banks.

4. Limited Involvement of hub4machines.com:

hub4machines.com’s only involvement in the financing process is limited to:

• Forwarding the buyer’s documents to the respective financial institutions, and

• Receiving the sanctioned funds from the financing institution (if approved, at their sole discretion) solely for the purpose of processing and dispatching the order on hub4machines.com.

Beyond these functions, hub4machines.com has no involvement, control, or discretion in the financing decision or terms offered.

5. No Financial Interest or Benefit:

hub4machines.com has no financial interest, commission arrangement, or profit involvement in the financing process. We do not receive any compensation or benefit from financial institutions based on loan decisions or approvals.

6. Document Handling Disclaimer:

Documents collected from buyers (individuals or businesses) are used strictly for the purpose of forwarding to financial institutions to assess creditworthiness. hub4machines.com does not use, store, or share these documents for any other purpose.

7. Buyer’s Responsibility:

The buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of all documents submitted. hub4machines.com bears no responsibility for any delay, rejection, or issues arising due to document discrepancies.

8. Zero Interference Policy:

hub4machines.com maintains a zero interference and zero involvement policy in all financing processes once the documents are handed over to the financial institutions. All further communication, negotiation, and agreement must be handled directly between the buyer and the lender.

9. Indemnity:

By opting for financing via hub4machines.com, the buyer agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmlesshub4machines.com, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claim, dispute, or liability arising from their interaction with the financial institutions.

10. Limited Territory:

This service is only available for customers within India.
